We are delighted that the recently reopened NOBU BUDAPEST now offers several of our Villány and Tokaj wines. One of these, Sauska Medve Furmint vintages, has been on the restaurant’s wine list for many years. It was a special moment in our lives that we were able to introduce the new vintage of the wine to Chef Nobu Matsuhisa live and tell him about its birth. The chef’s cheerfulness, curiosity and professionalism were an experience for the Sauska Padi team, and his deep interest in the flavor harmonies of Tokaj and Villány filled us with pride.
