We are delighted that the prestigious French Gault & Millau Guide has recognized our Villány restaurant, Sauska 48 with three chef’s hats! According to the guide, which has tested 280 restaurants, “Sauska 48 is now an indispensable player in Hungarian top gastronomy. The restaurant is an organic complement to the winery: fresh, modern, neat – the harmony between the kitchen and Sauska wines and sparkling wines is perfect. The “liberated, rural gourmet cuisine” was born within the walls of Sauska 48. At once sophisticated and powerful, it is a true passion project for Attila Bicsár.”
