At the heart of it is Chef Máté Gerák, whose cooking is inspired by the mountains, rivers, and vineyards all around. Everything he creates is influenced by the region and the nature around him.

Set in a striking hillside building in the heart of wine country, Padi features its own Sauska wines, a terrace overlooking the vineyards, and tasting menus, including one dedicated entirely to Tokaj, that celebrate the region’s flavours and craftsmanship.
