We were glad to host Fabrice Rosset, the CEO of one of the oldest Champagne brand, called  Champagbe de Deutz.

The menu:

  • Cheviche, wild-caught sea bream, avocado, potato chips

  • Venison tartare, wasabi mayonnaise, daikon radish, shizo leaf      

DEUTZ BRUT ROSE  NON VINTAGE

  • Duck liver, quince, parsnips, hazelnut

WILLIAM DEUTZ 2006

  • Trout, brokkoli, parmesan, alga powder

AMOUR DE DEUTZ 2007

  • Quail and blod sausage, various beets, porcini-panko crumbs, sunchoke

SAUSKA CUVÉE 5 2012

  • Creme brulée, yuzu,verbena, crispy mango
