A blend of indigenous Tokaj Hárslevelű, Furmint and a touch of Yellow Muscat. The nose exhibits earthy, flinty aromas with notes of orange zest and pineapple. Framed by crisp minerality, the palate has a bold concentration of orange zest, apricot jam, and pineapple. Sensual and silky with tight minerality and a lingering aromatic finish.

Hand-harvested clusters and berries. 4-6 hours cold-maceration of pre-chilled berries. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel, new and used oak. 60% malolactic fermentation in barrel. Sur Lie aging for 2-6 months, battonage regularly.
Very dry year. We had an ideal blooming period, the fruit looked wonderful by early summer. Due to the extreme hot summer ripening sped up, especially of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. We had to go go on with the harvest very early immediately followed by the indigenous grapes, Furmint, Yellow Muscat and Hárslevelű. We were done by early October. Pretty unusual in Tokaj!
