A charming blend of Tokaj Furmint, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Hárslevelű. Bright spring cherry pink, refreshingly steady bubbles. Full bodied and deliciously fruity with rose petal and lychee aromas followed by candied grapefruit, crushed pink peppercorn and wild strawberry on the palate. After 15 month on lees, this wine is beautifully pure and uncomplicated, with a carefree personality and thirst for adventures.

Planted: mostly in the 70`s, except the young Birsalmás-vineyard.
Early September harvest, keeping the varietals separately. Primer fermentation: 20% in oak barrels; Secondary fermentation in the cold cellar from mid-March until the end of August.
Aged for more than 15 months in the bottle.
