Extra Brut Rosé Magnum
Elegant, radiant blush pink, tiny bubbles spread evenly and smoothly in the mouth. Dominated by indigenous Furmint with the addition of Chardonnay, Hárslevelű and Pinot Noir. The wine evokes a complex palette of gingerbread, figs, lemon peel and smoke flavors; all enmeshed in the layered texture and graceful harmony. According to most experts, the Magnum format is to be superior to a regular sized bottle for maturing sparkling wine, because the ratio of air to liquid is lower in larger formats, allowing the wine to age more slowly.

Vineyards: (Sárospatak) Királyhegy/Megyer, (Mád) Birsalmás, (Rátka) Középhegy, Padihegy, Istenhegy. (Bodrogkeresztúr) Medve (andezit, riolit, volcanic tuff, brown forest soil).
Planted: mostly in the 70`s, except the young Birsalmás-vineyard.
Early harvest to ensure optimal alcohol – acid balance. Immediate low-pressure compress. Fermented in stainless steel tanks on 16,5-18 °C. Completely unoaked.
Aged for more than 36 months in the bottle.
Assemblage: a blend with 5% of Pinot Noir
